Observation and morphological character of Noni (<i>Morinda citrifolia</i> L.) in Ciampea, Bogor Regency

Bogor Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia that produces quite large noni fruits. Noni fruit a plant has benefits as medicine and often used traditional medicine. This study aimed to determine diversity plants Ciampea, Regency, based on characteristic morphology. The methods are survey methods, characterization, interviews with farmers. Purposive Random Sampling method create sample. morphological characters observed include qualitative quantitative habitus, leaf, fruit. Based character height from 3 meters 8 meters, stem diameter was 40.5-90 cm, length leaves 22.8 - 27.4 leaf width 12-14.9 9-11 5 cm. results showed no differences such color, tip shape, surface, young ripening, texture peel. However, shape fruit, there differences, namely, obovate wide narrowly obovate. dendrogram, were grouped into two.
